We follow HUD guidelines for room rates with utilities provided. A room for one person is $750 per month. An extra person will be $100 additional. The fully refundable deposit is $400. Pets are $35 per month. Rents are prorated meaning you only pay for the time that you are here. We have a seniority system that allows residents to bid on upgraded rooms as they become available as long as rent is current and you have no violations.
