Pets are $35 per month. Rents are prorated meaning you only pay for the time that you are here. We have a seniority system that allows residents to bid on upgraded rooms as they become available as long as rent is current and you have no violations. Rooms are in short supply and are rented as quickly as they become available. If you want to ensure that you are able to obtain a room, you might consider placing a $400 deposit to reserve a room.
