About Troy Street Apartments
All utilities included - heating and air conditioning, water, sewer, trash, gas and electric Microwave and refrigerator included. Rooms are furnished. We honor HUD / Metropolitan rental rates. Beginning Oct. 1, 2023 - Prices start at $743 / mo with additional services available for an extra cost. Thank you for your interest. Studio apartments include a microwave and a small refrigerator. Half of the rooms have private baths. Rooms are furnished, however, if you wish to bring your own furniture, that is fine. All utilities (except Internet) are included in the rent of $743 per month for ONE person. The deposit is $400. As long as you are paid in full, we offer Internet for no additional cost. We, recently, upgraded our service to FIVE GIGABYTE INBOUND AND FIVE GIGABYTE OUTBOUND. Rents are prorated if you arrive on a day other than the first of the month or on a Friday (for the weekly rate). If the only room available does not have a private bath, you have the option to move into another room provided you are current on your rent and you have seniority among other residents. Extras - We have on-site laundry - $1.75 for a load of wash and $1.50 for the dryer. We have a soda pop machine and snack machine on-site. Over thirty cameras provide additional security, as well as, self-locking hallway doors and phone controlled locks for greater safety. We, currently, do not charge for a background check. If you are interested in a room, the best thing would be to reserve a spot with a $400 deposit. If you find something else in the meantime, we will promptly refund your deposit.
