Yoscarly and Pedro were so so amazing! Very friendly, kind, and hard working! Maintenance requests are so easy here and stress free because of these guys and I can’t ever thank them enough for all their help :)

My partner and I recently moved to the Avant at Pembroke Pines and are very satisfied with the personal treatment by the staff. A special thanks to Peggy Rameau who has been our advocate since the move. She has ensured we got all our questions and concerns answered and addressed timely which has made our move that much less stressful.
