Parking is limited, one space available in the front driveway area of of Pershing Blvd. and additional parking is available on the nearby streets. Tenant is responsible for 60% of the monthly utility costs (water, sewer, garbage, electricity, & gas). Tenant has access to one shed in the alley. The other is being used by the neighboring tenants in #B. Pets are allowed with a refundable $500 pet deposit per pet & additional $50 monthly pet rent per pet. Breed restrictions apply. The yard space is shared between units. Lawncare & snow removal will be provided by landlord.
