I have been living here for almost 2 years now. I would highly recommend this place. They are the most caring understanding company I’ve rented through. I have had 2x where I was on the fence of moving somewhere else but the first one didn’t fall through as planned they were extremely understanding and made the process of me staying so easy and helpful. The second time which is now I am breaking my lease due to a new job and having to move further away and they were so helpful and easy going on what I needed to do. I am so great full with how easy they are to work with and how sweet Kari is she is always the one to help me and she is just the nicest person I’ve ever met. I am sad to be leaving the majestic parc family but times are tough. I hope this helps someone in the future looking for a great place to rent from!!

tl;dr: This complex is affordable, has amazing staff, and really solid accommodations, especially for pet owners - you should definitely give them a call. I've been renting around Denton for the last six years and Majetic Parc has been the best overall renting experience I've had in this city by far. The staff are incredibly friendly and lovely people, the complex is really nice and has an amazing vibe. I actually ended up needing an apartment on very short notice and the staff were really helpful and understanding of the situation. It's the first apartment complex I've lived in where it actually feels like I live in a community with neighbors, not just living in a complex. Also their pet policy is one of the better I've seen around Denton so if your furry friends are important to you, I would definitely check this place out. The units themselves are pretty nice! There are the standard assortment of odd apartment design choices and things we've had to call maintenance for, but no ongoing or outstanding problems. Noise is very low - you can hear people moving large things about or wearing heavy shoes occasionally, but it's a leagues better than the paper thin walls of a lot of the student housing in this area. If you're looking for somewhere affordable that can feel really feel like home, you've found a amazing place.
