Had an amazing experience living on Vive on the Park! Beautiful location with palm trees, you feel like you’re living at a resort. Great amenities like pools, hot tubs, gyms with state of the art equipment, game rooms, lounges for parties and more! There’s a large dog park that is frequently visited by many friendly dogs of all sizes. Delicious restaurant Park Social attached that is great for breakfast, lunch, dinner, coffee, and happy hour. I would recommend living on the first floor so you can walk out into the beautiful tropical environment without having to take any elevators, especially convenient if you have a dog. Nicest apartment I’ve ever lived!

My wife and I had a extremely positive experience at Vive on The Park. We were apartment hunting for our daughter and were helped by Linda during the apartment tour. Linda was very friendly and lively and went beyond the call of duty in providing information and answering all the questions my wife and I had. She spent a considerable amount of time showing us around and providing information about the apartment and surrounding community. While doing all this she never pressured us into making a decision which made us feel very comfortable. She has an amazing sense of humor which made the tour even more interesting. Our daughter and son in law were on the East Coast and were able to talk to Linda and make a decision to move in. The amenities provided at the apartment seem very modern.
