I am new to the area and I visited Pine Village in hopes to tour some of the properties. It seemed really busy, probably a good thing. Regardless, the lady up front (Maddie) still helped me patiently. She maintained a professional and friendly attitude the entire visit. I had to wait a few minutes for her to finish helping the people ahead of me and despite the extreme rudeness of these folks, the lady up front was patient and remained level headed (I would not have been able to, those people were unbelievably rude). During the tour of the property, Maddie was extremely knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. While I did not end up seeking a lease, I was so impressed with this employee I had to write a review in hopes the right person will see it. Anyone interested in a place here, ask for Maddie!

By far the best place I’ve ever lived, Maddie was the biggest help in the world. Was there for me every step of the way. I’d recommend anybody to go to her!!
