DO NOT I repeat DO NOT move here this is one of the most worst places I have ever lived now that they have switched the management this place has went completely down hill I would rather live in the projects then stay here they have went up on rent they have went up on late fees they have switched how long you have to pay rent they had to put policies in the lease agreement that states it's up to them how much they will want you to pay for late fees notes on everyone doors every day they don't like you to have company my grandmother and my mom was standing outside for over an hour instead of management which was staring directly at them waiting at the door even though they know I am a paying tenant and that is my mom and grandma they know personally they live outside it has been several of times that I have even left my keys upstairs in my room and there at the door looking at me directly knowing I'm a tenant here they will not let u in they act like they don't even no you a lot of homeless people and thugs hanging all around the building shirts off pants down and even though they went up on the rent they will not pursue and fixing anything since I have been here my microwave has been broken I have made a complaint with the management changed and they have yet to fix anything but if I don't have my rent on the 1st they will pursue and termination which is understandable if I was paying for what I was getting they don't like you to have family members friends your girlfriends or boyfriends over if they see anybody other than you they will question the fact that you have someone living with you even though that don't be the case they're real strict on everything even parking they have us now parking way down the road due to the fact that they are fixing the road which they do at least 4X out of a month since I've been here and I've been here a year my lease is up this year and if I have to I will rather go stay with a family member instead of living here another month these people are outstandingly rude and they don't care about nobody's well-being the management before was great wish it was back to how it was they plan on kicking everyone out anyways and making this into a hotel again which like I said they don't care about no one's well-being it is people here that being here for decades that has no intention of moving until now I spoke to a woman that have been here for over 12 years and she said that her own mouth she has never had to talk to anyone the way she talked to management now and she is pursuing also and leaving me and 5 six other tenants I know are moving on with our lives if you don't believe the things that I am saying Google it or look up the bad publicity that management here is getting now it is out of hand and it is uncalled for I repeat if you want a great living outcome this is not the place for you thank you
