I've lived here for 6 months now, and I have to say it's been pretty great. They've been pretty quick to respond to maintenance issues, and the office staff is very friendly.
My AC didn't work when the summer hit, they had someone out next day to fix it. However, I guess all the refrigerant leaked right back out. I called back, and within 2 days there was a professional furnace company installing a brand new AC in my unit.
Overall I would recommend living here. I haven't had any major issues with anything, and in these times that's really all you can ask for!

We have been working with Worthington Meadows as a vendor fo several years.
Casey Foster as a property manager has done an amazing job running that property, always showing professionalism to all she does. The maintenance guys are also amazing at getting things right and on time.
In general, the staff shows great interest in the property, making a better place for the tenant lives.

The office staff were extremely helpful and helped clear up any questions I may have had about the property and area!! They were very easy to talk to and responsive to emails or phone calls! Chelsea especially did an amazing job at helping to find the answers if she didn't have them readily available!!

I called frustrated about my a/c not working but Chelsea L. was very patient and knowledgeable of my situation. She provided me with the guidance i needed and when i got home i tried what she told me and i worked. Chelsea L. at Worthington Meadows has made living here relaxing and peaceful. Thanks and i am truly apologetic for my rudeness at the being of the call.

Although some residents may have recently experienced maintenance delays, as a three year resident I am convinced that management is doing everything in its power to address this temporary problem. As with many industries across the US, Worthington Meadows apartments is facing labor shortages. I am sure that this is frustrating for tenants, who have genuine emergencies and who may face discomfort as a result. I have personally experienced several issues in my townhome that had to wait weeks to be fixed as the limited maintenance staff were stuck addressing more serious issues in other units. However, I am convinced that the property manager Scott and his team are doing everything they can to address this problem. In recent weeks, I have noticed that the office hired numerous new employees who have visited my apartment to inspect and fix long-standing issues. Scott personally came by to inspect the work and assure me that more help was on the way. It is unfortunate that we face this labor shortage at this time, but I do not believe Harbor Group Management is cutting corners or taking cost-saving measures that would affect their customers’ concerns.
In fact, I have found the staff extremely helpful and understanding during the COVID-19 pandemic when it comes to setting up payment plans with residents. Not many property managers would work with customers in this regard, and for this I am thankful. In many other ways, management has listened to resident concerns and implemented changes to address them. For example, it stopped towing residents who failed to display parking passes, since this was an unreasonable hardship in a complex that never experienced overcrowding or limited parking.
I know that Harbor Group will continue to seek customer feedback and implement changes as they are needed, and I believe that the front office has finally hired enough staff to deal with what is a very large townhome community. I have found them to be consummate professionals; knowledgeable, caring, and punctual.

I have lived in the Meadows for 3 years now. They have made large strides to improving the living experience. New community lighting has been put in. Trash enclosures were rebuilt. Trees have been cut back and maintained. Parking areas have recently been stripped down and repaved. Mulch was blown in this spring. We had a major bathroom leak that required a total bathroom rebuild as well as kitchen ceiling and wall repair. Maintenance was good and it was made safe in a timely manner and the rest of the work was done soon. It has definitely been an adventure through covid and they've struggled with some staffing issues just like the rest of the world. I just signed on for another year.

I have lived here for almost 2 years and I was very disatisfied at first with the former management! When Chelsea became the manager, I saw a drastic change in communication and professionalism. I love my place and from the look at these current rent prices, the rent here is very reasonable. Your not finding an aprtment of this calibur with a full basement no where for the price offered here. So if you are looking for an affordable apartment, that looks like you pay a lot of money for, then Worthington Meadows, is where you wanna be! Stop by and I will tell Chelseas to keep the light on for you! lol
