I've lived here for 6 months now, and I have to say it's been pretty great. They've been pretty quick to respond to maintenance issues, and the office staff is very friendly. My AC didn't work when the summer hit, they had someone out next day to fix it. However, I guess all the refrigerant leaked right back out. I called back, and within 2 days there was a professional furnace company installing a brand new AC in my unit. Overall I would recommend living here. I haven't had any major issues with anything, and in these times that's really all you can ask for!

We have been working with Worthington Meadows as a vendor fo several years. Casey Foster as a property manager has done an amazing job running that property, always showing professionalism to all she does. The maintenance guys are also amazing at getting things right and on time. In general, the staff shows great interest in the property, making a better place for the tenant lives.
