Welcome to Monticello Apartments in Liberty Township, OH! We have a variety of different floorplans to fit everyone's needs from 1 bedroom apartments to 4 bedroom townhomes. All of our units offer the convenience of central air to keep you cool during the hot summer months. Each of our apartment buildings are equipped with a laundry room with our townhomes having the convenience of washer and dryer hookups. Additionally, each unit comes with a covered carport or a garage to protect your vehicle from the elements. Storage lockers are included with each apartment for needed extra space. Experience the ease and comfort of living at Monticello Apartments & Townhomes including Logan Gate & Logan Way. Security deposit: Equal to one months rent. Nonrefundable application fee of $35. We offer Pet Friendly Units: Breed & Weight Restrictions apply. We also offer on-site storage units at an additional cost.
