My wife and I love living here. Tons of modern amenities in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. The staff is friendly, and is very responsive to any requests from residents. The property is immaculately taken care of inside and out.

Out move in experience could not have been better. Morgan Saugstad did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and is still helping us as we have questions or need assistance. We could not be happier and love living here. Our Apartment, the maintenance of the property including beautiful courtyard landscaping are impressive. The other amenities from the coffee cafe, to the beautiful entrances and lobby, the 605 lounge and view from the terrace on 5th floor are all wonderful Thank you so much. Cheryl and Michael Boldt
