My wife and I love living here. Tons of modern amenities in a great location in downtown Sioux Falls. The staff is friendly, and is very responsive to any requests from residents. The property is immaculately taken care of inside and out.

Out move in experience could not have been better. Morgan Saugstad did an excellent job of guiding us through the process and is still helping us as we have questions or need assistance. We could not be happier and love living here. Our Apartment, the maintenance of the property including beautiful courtyard landscaping are impressive. The other amenities from the coffee cafe, to the beautiful entrances and lobby, the 605 lounge and view from the terrace on 5th floor are all wonderful Thank you so much. Cheryl and Michael Boldt

So you know my background, I’m 37 and never rented before, I’ve only owned homes, acreages and lake properties. I’m full time military and have traveled the world and also am a landlord of a good amount of properties. My life let me try a bucket list opportunity and that was to live in a downtown setting. I chose the Cascades for my first time I was paying rent. Living here as blown all my expectations out of the water. First the amenities which I wont even include them all just my FAVS, car wash underground in parking garage, dog wash station, grocery store, brewery, salon, dog park, COFFEE shop that delivers coffee and breakfast or street tacos up to my room for no fee ( and we also get 10% off the order), gym, 3 unique community areas that are beautiful. I can host 70 people in one that I can reserve, one over looks the falls and the other the pool. There is even more but you have to see it. Next, my two professionally trained hunting and support labs that went from 60 acres to here, love it, when we walk down stairs outside, we aren’t downtown, we are uptown. Meaning when we walk across the street, we don’t have another building, we have id guess 10+ acres of falls park to run around. I can let my dogs off leash and they roam the tall grass. Its like being on the acreage but still downtown, without all the maintenance. Lastly, the management here is very professional. They treat people with respect no matter what. They look out for the greater good of the community at the same time trying to help them have some fun. They host catered parties and events then, we get to meet residents, all free of charge. The maintenance guys, I would love to pluck away and use on my properties, but they are so top quality I couldn’t afford them, most of them have been big time property people themselves but just love what they do now. They will hang your flat screens tv for you, fix any little issue (in my experience within 12 hours) So overall if you like a resort feel apartment this is the place to be. Life is what you make of it, and I've had a great time over the last year and a half. Put my name down as a reference if you like this review and we will use the money we get to go out to eat on the Cascades!:) Matt Hummel
