If I could give Reonda and Jazmine 1,000,000 stars, I would. They are two of the most nice, caring people I've ever met. Since day 1 of the move in process, they have helped me 100%. Jazmine helped me get things done on the computer that would have taken me a long time. She and Reonda let me know how the process was going every step of the way. I love my apartment. The grounds are beautiful. The property is lit just like a beautiful Christmas tree at night. There's lots of beautiful walking area, 2 pools, a basketball court and a playground including swings for the kids. It has beautiful green, locked gates that you get a fob to open with. It's quiet here and all the neighbors I have met so far are really nice. When I've needed a maintenance call, the team came the next day and the job is completed above and beyond my expectations. The heater warms up the apartment real fast, and my bathroom is beautiful. I've been hoping some of my friends that are looking for apartments will join me here at Beautiful Golden Sands (It should be renamed Beautiful Golden Sands). The rent is very reasonable and the utilities aren't bad either. My plan is to never move away from Beautiful Golden Sands for the rest of my life. Thank you Jazmine and Reonda for being so awesome. They even have office hours on Saturday.

Fredrick I am sorry that you feel the way you do. The thing is no one has refused you anything. We are doing our best and working with charter to get the internet fixed in your apartment. Our regional has been working with Charter to resolve the issues. It is taking time to figure out how to run new wire without having to disturb your neighbors by entering their apartments.
