We have been here 6 months and love it! Silver Maple had received a bad reputation locally over the years but I can say it's just not true. The neighborhood is quaint with older overhanging trees, lots of children's laughter, and friendly faces. Being an older complex with ongoing renovations there had been odds and ends of Maintenance needs and Holly does a great job responding quickly and insuring the problem is fixed quickly. The routine maintenance inspections and filter replacements are great for those of us who don't think to look until there's a problem. Holly is always friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to find the solution instead of patch over the problem. We had had a few financial struggles, as per most, over the covid years making our credit less than wonderful and T&R was great with help approving us for an apartment. Much more helpful than anyone else in town. We are thankful we found Silver Maple.
