The only good thing about this place is the lawn! There is literally no place to park for residents who pay to live here. The water gets shut off all the time. (We were told it shouldn't happen again, but time will tell.) The place smells terrible as soon as you walk in the building and it's never clean and is falling apart. They towed my car without any notice and THEN moved cones to where I was parked to cover themselves, even though it had not been a no parking space beforehand. I guess it's because they suddenly wanted to make the parking lot even smaller. I called to find out where my car was towed and I still haven't heard anything. Also, this place is not night shift friendly, as there are no parking spots available after 8 pm. They offer garages for parking, but the limited amount they have are taken by storage, so some people essentially take up two or more parking spaces, while we get none. It's not like there isn't enough space. They just put cones out because they're too lazy to redo the parking lines in a way that makes more sense for the amount of people who live there. It's poorly managed, and I can't wait to move out.
