Extra thanks to Terry and Johnothan for providing me with EXCEPTIONAL maintenance services. I would like to point out upon opening my door for Johnothan he was very kind and polite (That meant a lot to me as it set the tone for our interaction). They both went above and beyond to complete my work orders spending almost an entire at my home to complete and complete them right, and also extended and apology for the delay of my repairs (1st and only apology and or acknowledgement of the time frame and or delay in repairs) (This spoke volumes to their integrity this was much appreciated) The acknowledgement of delays gave me a piece of mind and also let me know this is not the normal for their team. I felt valued as a tenet. Overall, the maintenance staff is AMAZING and provided me with a positive experience that does not go un notice. Thanks again to Terry and Johnathon from myself and my children.
