Tenants are responsible for electricity through the City of Ames, and this unit includes two parking spots with rent. Garages are also available for rent, though availability is limited. Dogs and cats are welcome with a one-time $250 pet fee and $50 monthly pet rent. All pets must be approved by management prior to move-in, and one pet is permitted unless otherwise agreed upon with management. If you would like more information, please give us a call at 515-292-5050. When applying, please note that each tenant who plans to reside in the unit must submit their own application, and all applications must be submitted together.
