Reids is quiet and great for families. The building is well maintained, common areas are cleaned regularly (w/ a very kind cleaning staff), and maintenance is on top of everything and quick. Overall staff and living quality are 10/10. Two minor things, quite a few residents do not pick up after their dogs despite there being multiple pet clean up stations and warnings. The clean up stations are free and always well stocked. As a dog owner, I worry about these things and want to be transparent about this issue as I know this is how dogs can get sick. The second is our garage door just never closes. I know they have tried multiple times to fix it, but it looks like they aren't able to get it working. The garage parking has a fee but regular parking is free! Just be aware if you are looking to pay for indoor parking, start with the free parking first to see what works for you (and to make sure your garage door works lol!) Again, overall not a bad place to live.

Reid's Prospect is a nice place to live they have a huge pool, it's a convenient location lots to do withing walking distance and Helmer provides exceptional customer service. Also lots of natural walking trails I highly recommend these apartments!
