(3) Resident must provide Landlord with documentation that verifies that all animals have the required licenses and that all tags and inoculations are current. Landlord will authorize support and/or service animals for the Resident and Residents' guests and occupants in accordance with federal, state and local fair housing laws and regulations.

Living at Howe Place apartments has truly been a pleasure over the past few years. The management and maintenance staff are incredibly kind and helpful. I was especially impressed by the ways that they pivoted their service during the pandemic with a strong commitment to everyone's health and safety. I have and will continue to recommend that people moving to New Haven check out Howe Place apartments for the beautiful spaces they offer and the comfortable, flexible and home-like atmosphere the management and maintenance staff create - especially Jamie and Leo! I've lived at Howe Place for the past two years, and it's been a wonderful experience! The building manager is always super responsive to any issues that arise, and the maintenance team is incredibly kind, friendly, and helpful. The apartments themselves are spacious and charming, with old fixtures, wooden floors, and wall moldings. The building is also located just steps away from restaurants, bars, and coffee shops, as well as only a few blocks from campus. It's been a very convenient and warm place to live!
