i love living here. friendly and responsive staff & property manager. maintenance is super fast. i must say they maintain their property very well (resurfaced pavement, repainted speed bump, cleaned & maintained spa, landscaping, clearing breezeways)!! quiet community, although have seen 3-4 police/fire incidents at night in the 1 year of residency. we had an internet outage within our unit (water heater exhaust vent burned the ethernet cable in the outside closet). i contacted mereo networks directly and after 1 week of no help, i went to the office. the property manager & staff expressed their concern and addressed the issue immediately. a technician was sent out the next morning and internet was restored. never had any issues with bugs. apartment was clean upon move-in. carpet was in good condition. appliances are all functioning and also in good condition. sometimes amazon/fedex/ups delivers directly to your door instead of the package lockers which is a plus. the online portal works well to pay rent and submit maintenance tickets. we open windows at night but have neighbors who smoke which comes into our unit (this has been community addressed by management but continues to happen anyway). price (& fees) are high but so are other apartments in the area. this complex is the best quality for what you pay for.
