My partner and I recently moved in and we couldn't be happier. It's all thanks to Nancy Kim who made us feel right at home and was there every step of the way to help us move in. Her professionalism and friendliness was a huge factor in us choosing this apartment, which so far has been a dream place to live in. Super spacious, beautiful countertops, new appliances.. the works. We searched for over 6 weeks for the "perfect" place and we found it. Big shoutout to Nancy and Chloe for making it possible.

I’m telling you if you don’t care if you get your deposit back which is the same dollar amount as your rent, then it’s a nice place. I lived there for 2 months and had to break my lease but paid 3 months extra to do so. My rent was the same as my security deposit $1385 and when I left after 2 months they charged me $800 to paint and other stuff where I got 200 back from deposit. It’s crazy that amount for deposit and you will not get much back
