We are moving there,April 1st we have toured the house and it's extremely nice! Marble counters with white cabinets and a black stove and fridge is how the kitchen looks!I'm pretty sure it has gotten redone. Im super excited for our new house!It's very quiet and clean.(NO ROACHES) Not alot of people outside,the pool is very clean and the gym and office is well done and has alot of space! I recommend you checking this place out!

Nice townhome. Garages are not included but they are pretty spacious with extra storage closets. I'm not making a move until August but I toured last week and the office lady was friendly and showed me the model. Price is reasonable especially for something with washer & dryer inside which is fairly rare for Vegas.
