I moved here under the previous management and I will say things have greatly improved. The AC units have all been replaced, there are NO BUGS of any sort! I was lucky enough to relocate to one of the renovated rooms in a new building. I have had the benefit of watching this place transform from old to new. My entire deck even got rebuilt from scratch with a new concrete patio and drainage.

Moved in a little over a month, and I’ve had an amazing first time on my own experience moving into my apartment when I moved in there were some issues with the ac but the ladies in the office kept in good contact letting me know when it would be fixed. I give this place a 5 star review is because of how friendly everyone including the staff has been super friendly and respectful
