Our property offers on site laundry, fitness centers in each building, an outdoor pool in the summer, garages available for extra monthly costs and more. One bedroom 1200 sq ft homes rent for $1165 to $1220 per month Two bedroom 1200 sq ft homes rent for $1490 per month Application fee is $45 per adult with a $500 Security Deposit.
