I have lived here for three years and love it. Edsel, the property manager, is very professional and takes care of your needs ASAP. The maintenance supervisor, Ryan, is also very professional and gets your maintenance needs taken care of in a timely fashion. Avilla is quiet and I love that the 2 and 3 bedroom unit have no common walls. The pool and jacuzzi are kept clean on a daily basis. Can’t say enough goods things about Avilla Lehi.

I’ve lived here for two years and love it. It’s so peaceful, beautiful community, all the perks of having your own house! Well insulated so I do not hear neighbors and rarely hear the storms during monsoon season. I plan to stay for many years to come! Stacy, the new office manager is super sweet and knowledgeable, and the maintenance team are so kind.
