Cats are allowed with an additional monthly pet rent of $30 per cat, and $50 for small dogs. Security Deposit equal to one months rent due at the time of rental offer acceptance. First Months Rent due before move in/key pickup. Renter's Insurance required throughout tenancy. Lease term options are: 9-month lease thru May 2026 or 21-month Lease thru May 2027.
