Very helpful Management Company! I really enjoy living here and will renew my lease for at least another year. Highly recommend these apartments.

I have enjoyed living in my apartment here in the Incline Ridge complex. The landlord is a decent man, who actually listens to you when you have an issue, and does his best to resolve the issue expediently. The neighbors tend to be quiet (unlike the experiences of another reviewer), and we all get along well. If there's someone that you don't know (and when you first move in, that will likely be the case), then you just say hi, and introduce yourself. If they don't seem to want to chit-chat, at least they are still friendly. The apartments are nice, and have a great view of the city. I am on the 2nd floor, and LOVE the fact that I have a balcony! (In fact, all of the apartments have a balcony! Ever the 1st floor, because it's actually raised up from street level.) The street itself, while having a good amount of people living on it, is never noisy or too busy. My only suggestion is to make sure that you have a car, or at least have the Uber or Lyft apps, because transportation can be an issue if you rely on buses or do a lot of walking.
