I was in the hospital when my family moved in. Many of the issues had not been noticed right away. When I came home and noticed them they were very helpful. I am in a wheelchair and it is hard for me to do even some “quick fix “ things I could have done in the past. Some small issues were resolved right away but it was really Ramel that wowed me. Despite other maintenance emergencies around the property he kept on top of notifying me when he would be there and has continued to address my different issues . Ramel should definitely get recognized for how much help he did. I’m very grateful.

I waited about 6 months to write a review just so I could feel it out, and fortunately, it's been a pleasant, hassle-free experience. Taylor and Gabriella in the leasing office are quick to help out with whatever I need and always do it with a smile - they are the best! The maintenance team has been stellar, all issues have been resolved in a timely manner and the quality of the work has been excellent. Their communications are clear, detailed, and they are flexible with your schedule, so the work has always been done at a convenient time.
I am a little worried about the rent increases becoming out of reach for me, so we'll see if I stay long term. This seems to be the case with most corporate apartment buildings. If you can swing it, the Avalon is where comfort and convenience come together.

Moved into Avalon March of 2023. Signed a 17 month lease with my boyfriend. We were living in a one bedroom that overlooked the pool. After debating on what we were going to do when our lease was up, we ended up moving into a 2 bedroom unit for our new apartment. Taylor and Gabriela over at the leasing department did so much work with us to see what apartment would be the best fit for us. Sergio and Adam helped with the moving parts to actually make this transition effortless. Moving is never easy, but when you have a team that wants you to stay and they care... it makes it all worth it. We are now officially moved in to our new apartment. We have a balcony that is clean, a maintenance team that cares to help us, and the new appliances in this building is a plus. If you are thinking of moving into RVC, ask to speak with Taylor and Gabriela to assist. A lot of times when you read reviews, people only talk about negatives. There are negatives everywhere at some point. But this is our home and I am glad I have a wonderful team that made these walls into a place that I feel comfortable and proud of.

Had a maintenance issue and that had to be redone and Michael Gonzalez came to our apartment to redo it. He was extremely professional. He should great respect for our apartment ( wearing new booties so as not get our floors dirty). And his work superb!

I’ve been living in a studio at the Avalon RVC for about 9 months now. My experience has been wonderful! The buildings are all clean and safe with great amenities. The staff are efficient and responsive to all needs especially Gina, Michael and the maintenance team, no matter how annoying I am they always respond promptly. The leasing office staff is also very communicative and helpful, Gabby is always so warm and friendly. You can’t beat the location and neighborhood! I love the community here and will definitely be renewing my lease.

My son and I have been living at the Avalon Rockville Centre for 2 years. We recently moved into another unit when our lease expired. I want to personally thank Sergio, Adam, Taylor, and Gabriella for making the entire process so seem less and easy. They are always so helpful but they went above and beyond to make our move so stress-free. I can’t say enough about the entire office staff at RVC. Each and every one there has been so incredibly helpful and amazing! The maintenance crew are all wonderful too. Thank you!

This is not a paid review I have lived here for half a year and I am totally happy here with my apartment, the amenities, the leasing office staff (Taylor is my #1) and the experience of living in RVC. But today I have to shine a light on maintenance staff member Ramel. Today I threw my car keys down the trash shoot and he actually saw me panicking in the garage calling my husband trying to figure out what to do. Ramel was on his break in his car and came out to check on me! He stopped his break and introduced himself and offered to help me. He didn’t have to acknowledge me but he did! He literally climbed into the dirty dumpster with his clean work uniform on to get my keys for me. I appreciate people who go above and beyond for strangers. This is a good guy! The whole staff is great. But Ramel, that was honorable! I know it was disgusting and smelly but you didn’t complain! Wish we could have tipped u then and there but that wouldn’t be enough they should promote you! Thank you !
