Thanks to Alex for coming out and repairing the burnt wiring in our AC unit tonight, and reassuring me that our family is safe. Alex is very knowledgeable in the work he does and he’s kind and respectful and for that I am so grateful. I have lived here since 2012 and have always planned on each year being my last -due to the idea of simply buying a home -but knowing I can call and have repairs made on a timely basis has kept me here. Thanks Alex!

Very nice place but a little noisy. Very good location and very nice staff. Not too much children stuff. You can easily hear the sound of fan from your upstairs neighbor.
