Our community amenities were designed with your comfort and convenience in mind, featuring one heated indoor pool and two outdoor pools, and a clubhouse and sundeck with sweeping canyon views.

Of the places I've lived in Reno, this is by far the best. The office staff is always friendly and helpful, the shared spaces and amenities are well maintained, my apartment was recently renovated, maintenance is generally quick to respond, and it's in my favorite part of town. My favorite parts are how quiet it is, the pretty landscaping (fall and spring are incredible), and how close it is to the steamboat ditch trail.

Our experience here over the last three years has been great! We have always had and continue to have positive experiences with the leasing office and maintenance team. Always on top of getting any maintenance requests taken care of in 24 hours or less and if they can’t do that, there is great communication and scheduling with us. The leasing office is very communicative and friendly every time we see them! Rent has only increased slightly in three years, expected, given the current rental climate, but nonetheless, way more attractive than other communities. The neighborhood is quiet, you’d never guess it’s being renovated, and facilities are always clean. We have been very pleased with our time here!
