Local Freeways are all in close proximity, the building is located in between two Metro platforms and various transportation stops. *Proof of Renters Insurance is required upon move-in Qualifications: 1. Applicant should not pose a risk of harm to the rental property or others 2. Monthly household Income must be at least two and half (2.5) times the monthly rent 3. One Year of verifiable employment and rental history 4. Will not accept collections, judgements, or evictions from previous landlord(s) 5. Clear Copies of a Government photo issued ID AND Social Security or ITIN AND Proof of income (minimum 3 most current paystubs) 6. Credit FICO score of 660 or higher 7. $50 money order or cashier’s check payable to Berro Management for the Application Fee per Adult 8.
