I’ve been living here since April 2024, very easy application and move in process. The neighbor hood is the best apartment complex I’ve ever stayed in, relatively quiet, with real nice people and a few families. Great amenities such as a dog park and beautiful luscious grounds. Very very close to groceries, fun, bus, and close to my job as well. I can get everything I need (including library books) either by riding my scooter or on my own two feet. Very much hidden gem, although the appliances and fixtures are sort of old, it matches the historical charm of the building. And if anything is broken the maintenance is super fast with fixing it. You aren’t getting anything luxury here, but the Raleigh Apartments makes up for it with charm, location, and price. I plan to live here as long as I can until my next journey awaits. Word to the wise: PUT SPARE KEYS OUTSIDE, the door locking system is so confusing. I’ve been locked out of my apartment about 3 or 4 times and each time had to pay for a locksmith to come open my apartment ($200 a pop). One of the doors locks automatically as soon as you walk out, you’ll see what I mean when you move in.

This place is a hidden gem right in downtown Raleigh! Walking distance to Cameron Village, Glenwood South, and NC State. There is a beautiful courtyard in the middle of the buildings for walking dogs, getting sun, and relaxing. The units themselves are spacious and roomy with lots of natural light. Jason has been managing this property for many years now, and is always responsive and helpful to residents' needs. I really enjoyed my time living there!
