About THE MERIDIAN APTS
The Meridian features one, two and three-bedroom luxury apartment homes overlooking the Willamette River or downtown Salem, Oregon. 5 stars for sure. This is the best apartment complex in Salem made even better by super responsive, kind, and accommodating manager (Ashley!) and maintenance (Dan). The apartments are high end - spacious, great views, and with up-to-date modern amenities. The walls are thick, so I’ve never heard my upstairs neighbor or next-door neighbors. I think that’s pretty rare for apartment living. We’ve lived in three units in this complex, each time moving for a little bit more space. Ashley has made the transfers very easy. The building is well-kept. It’s very secure and I feel safe in this building. There are storage units available in this building, bike storage, a workout room, and a community room. I can’t say enough good things about this building and Ashley and Dan.I love it here.

The Meridian is every bit the luxury apartment that is advertised. Apartments are open, bright, and well maintained. The other amenities are a bonus with a gym area and a large comfortable community room available for residents The apartment is also extremely pet friendly. Pet areas are well maintained and clean. The entire staff is professional and quick to respond. Ashley in the office is wonderful to work with and the maintenance staff is always willing to help anyway they can to resolve any issues that come up.

I love living here. The staff is professional and responsive. Ashley is friendly and attentive to resident's needs. The maintenance staff is awesome and they keep the halls, elevators and grounds very clean.

We had to move from our old place and we found this place and we checked the reviews and even called and got no response. So we tried looking at other places and I asked my husband to call again and we immediately got a call back. The second time. We were able to set up a viewing and absolutely loved it! We found out there is new management and Ashley has been amazing!! She was soo friendly and the response time on asking questions and fixing things has been amazing! I have lived in other places and by far this one is the best! They made the right choice in hiring Ashely! I highly recommend this place!

We recently lived here for 4 months and absolutely loved it! This is by far the best apartment building we have ever lived in. Ashley the manager is always on top of everything and is very professional, Dan the maintenance man knows his stuff when it comes to fixing things. We felt very comfortable with him entering our apartment when we weren't home. Our 2 dogs absolutely love him! Mitch is a hard worker and very helpful. they are all super funny and great to stop and have a chat with. As for Franky (the mascot dog) he loves to snort (my husband calls it purring lol) loves everyone and everyone enjoys seeing his cute little face around the building. He is well manered and behaves like a good boy. We felt very safe here, probably the safest place we have ever lived with the key fob system to get in the building, elevators and access the parking garage. They do not tolerate riff raff going on around the building so it makes it a very quiet and peaceful place to live. The handful of tenants we met while living there were super nice and friendly. We would live here again if ever needed but we moved because we purchased a house. Thank you all for being amazing humans and making our stay there a great experience!

The Meridian is amazing! If you're looking for a high end luxury apartment with all the perks, look no further. The staff are skilled professionals who are very easy to work with and care about their residents. Tons of parking!! I'm in love with the locale and amenities here too! Won't you be my neighbor??? 😍

My husband and I have lived here for a year now and we absolutely love it. The manager, Ashley, is on top of everything. She answers every maintenance request promptly and kindly. We have never felt safer, our view is gorgeous and the hallways are quiet and luxurious. We love coming home every day!

La Tisha is always helpful, and organized a very thoughtful Easter event which made us feel very welcome. The apartments are beautiful and we love living here.
