5 stars for sure. This is the best apartment complex in Salem made even better by super responsive, kind, and accommodating manager (Ashley!) and maintenance (Dan). The apartments are high end - spacious, great views, and with up-to-date modern amenities. The walls are thick, so I’ve never heard my upstairs neighbor or next-door neighbors. I think that’s pretty rare for apartment living. We’ve lived in three units in this complex, each time moving for a little bit more space. Ashley has made the transfers very easy. The building is well-kept. It’s very secure and I feel safe in this building. There are storage units available in this building, bike storage, a workout room, and a community room. I can’t say enough good things about this building and Ashley and Dan.I love it here.

The Meridian is every bit the luxury apartment that is advertised. Apartments are open, bright, and well maintained. The other amenities are a bonus with a gym area and a large comfortable community room available for residents The apartment is also extremely pet friendly. Pet areas are well maintained and clean. The entire staff is professional and quick to respond. Ashley in the office is wonderful to work with and the maintenance staff is always willing to help anyway they can to resolve any issues that come up.
