It’s just enormous with original period trim details (from 1897), columns, open stairwell, fur flooring, paneled doors. It has three good size bedrooms, but the best part is the large and open living room that can be laid out in multiple configurations (office space with den, living room/dining room, living room/bar). The kitchen is large as well and can easily fit a table and multiple cooks. The bathroom has been updated and is a large airy space with new hardwood floors. One of the neatest features, is one of the bedrooms is in the turret (the circler tower), which is just an example of many charming characteristics throughout the apartment and house. The kitchen has all the appliances including a dishwasher. Good storage space in the pantry. Washer and dryer in the building. Gas heat and gas hot water. Tenant pays for all utilities (electric, heat (gas), hot water (gas)). Landlord/Owner pays for cold water, landscaping, snow removal. A big driveway with off street parking along with one garage spot included. Pets considered on a case-by-case basis. Outstanding professional tenants on the first and second floor. There is a thorough application process with background check, credit check, employment verification. A minimum 675 credit score is required. One month security deposit with a strong application.
