I have lived at Ritiro Apartments since the beginning of summer.. From the day I walked in to see what they had available, my experience with the entire staff has been stellar. I met DeAnn on my first visit. She's a gem. Kind, personable, and had answers to all of my questions. She provided me with all the necessary information and showed me a couple of units. When I came back to see them again and make my decision, DeAnn was patient with me, allowing me to spend a little time measuring and trying to envision my furniture and the layout. I NEVER felt rushed. Not so with other properties I toured. DeAnn gave me her undivided attention and allowed me the time needed to make my decision. Since I've moved in, I've had interactions with most of the staff. Whenever I call or stop in the office for assistance, Ariana is always pleasant and helpful. The property manager, Noelle, goes out of her way to make absolutely sure I am 100% satisfied with the staff, the property, and specifically, my apartment. These ladies are an amazing team! Regarding maintenance, the department is just as efficient, caring, and thorough as the office staff. The department supervisor, Sal, does a great job. My apartment has a Nest thermostat, and I've never used one. Sal came up to my apartment and patiently took the time to help me get the app on my phone and teach me how to use the program. I had a couple of things that needed to be addressed at move in. I submitted work orders, and the items were addressed promptly. I have a dog and don't allow entry without me being home. The maintenance techs that I dealt with, Chris and Luis, were both very professional and friendly. Both times they needed access, they didn't just show up. They contacted me by phone in advance and confirmed my availability. They worked to my schedule, not the other way around. Both of these young men were prompt, respectful, and got the jobs done quickly, allowing me to go on with my day. I am extremely happy with my decision to live at Ritiro Apartments. You will be, as well!

My move-in experience with the leasing office was professional and smooth and everybody is so friendly and nice and helpful, it is a beautiful complex well taken care of grounds are always groomed and I'm just very happy to be here.
