I had such a tough time finding apartments until I found the flats. This apartment is so nice, all of the appliances are up to date and whenever anything goes wrong, maintenance takes care of it within a business day. Karin (the manager) is so responsive and super helpful. The location is perfect and walkable to downtown, however sometimes it does get noisy because of how close you are to downtown. The building is super secure, I never felt unsafe in this apartment. 10/10 recommend!!!
