Ideal for those who need something temporary while paying the same as we did for a 12 month lease. Important: You can extent the lease if you want to stay. So after June, you can stay if you decide to. This bottom Level 2 bedroom, 1/2 bath has a Full size washer and dryer, matching kitchen appliances including a built in microwave. Located in Cockeysville MD. Near 83 and 695 and not too long from 95 and 70. Hunt Valley is a few minutes away, which has a Wegmans and other stores. There is also a Wawa, Food Lion and Rite Aid down the street as well as a 24/7 Walmart. Many restaurants are nearby that deliver. Dogs and cats are welcomed. $300 refundable deposit and $35 for each pet monthly. Two pets max per apartment. Only a credit check and criminal background check will be done. Your deposit will depend on your credit. Application fees will be paid for by me. I believe there are bus stops 5 minutes away. I can look more into this if you need me to.
