We’ve lived at the Haven for about 9 months and so far so good! We absolutely love it here. Scott the Maintenance attendant is friendly and extremely helpful. This is a wonderful community for dogs as well. All tenants in our building are respectful of everyone else it seems and that’s a HUGE plus for us. I believe we live in one of the original buildings before they added to the complex and it’s still in great shape with modern appliances and updated bathrooms. Great walk in closet and love that laundry is in unit! Cassidy in the leasing office has also been amazing with answering questions and concerns.
Alex is professional, thoughtful, and fantastic! My husband and I decided we needed to upgrade from our 1 BR to a 2 BR - when I walked in the office, Alex greeted me by name (I think I’ve only seen her 2-3 times in the last year!!). She toured us around the available 2 BR apartments and answered our many questions as we were working out how to transfer our lease. We appreciated her time and she never made us feel rushed. She’s great, this place is great. We never hear our neighbors through the walls and any maintenance issues we’ve had have been taken care of in a timely manner. Excited to enter our second year here at the Haven!
Alex is the best property manager. She is so helpful, caring, and kind. She is relatable and always listens to resident concerns (though I have had very few concerns to report!). I love living at the Haven at Grand Landing - the location is beautiful and very safe. Thank you Alex for making the living experience so nice!
The fact that I’m writing this review before I’ve even moved in speaks for itself. After searching high and low for an apartment that was safe to live in, well maintained, and with a decent price point has been a challenge for my wife and I in this area. Imagine our surprise when we come across the haven! Prices are reasonable for the area, and it’s a great location. Ahead of move in, Alex has been so kind, helpful, communicative, and accommodating. She has answered every silly question I’ve asked, and had the answers right away. Let’s face it, a lot of property managers are incredibly impersonal, and rude. Not Alex. She’s made this tricky process of moving SO easy. Thank you Alex! I am so very excited to move in soon!
Alex in the office is the most kindhearted, genuine, professional property manager I’ve ever met. I’ve never been to an apartment complex I’ve loved more. The environment is peaceful, the neighbors are all so genuine and friendly and the property is absolutely gorgeous. The apartments are clean, renovated, and spacious. I personally love the trails around the complex which make walking my Dog a relaxing and super easy and convenient thing. The complex worked with me to accommodate my ESA pup. This place is fantastic and id recommend to anyone!! There’s also a dock where you can fish if that’s your forte. I’m so glad to have found this complex.
Great place to live, very spacious apartment. The new management has exceeded expectations! Alex in the front office is so kind and has helped make the transition to the new lease so easy! We had an issue with the dishwasher and Seth was in the next day to fix it, very professional and nice. The new management really seems to care and came with an easy-to-use app for quick communication. Everything and everyone is MUCH better than the last group that was here.

The Haven at Grand Landing apartments are great. I've lived in several different places from apartment complexes to private rentals, and these apartments are by far the best that I've lived in.
Buildings are updated and modern with really great amenities that I wasn't expecting at this price point; inluding pool, kayak launch, large private deck, garbage disposal, in-unit laundry, huge walk in closet. Really decent Appliances. Great heating and AC. We love the location and being so close to downtown. AT&T internet is excellent and provides a great environment to work from home. Alex the property manager is always kind and accommodating, she organizes all kinds of different events to make it feel more like a community.

First time living in an apartment. I really love the location because you can walk to everything! Fireworks, restaurant, bars, and of course the Grand Haven pier The paved walkway around the complex is great for a walk with the dogs and a very pet friendly community and town. 🐶The Lighthouse layout was absolutely perfect. So nice, it is up for a upcoming GlasStar nomination. The customer service from Alex, new manager cannot be a beat.
Thanks again Alex for everything, made my move out very easy and the refund check was in the mail ASAP! 😊 ☀️
