They are taking much more of a proactive approach to general maintenance. This helps both their tenants and the vendors. I look forward to many more years of partnership with them.

My family moved here over a year ago. Just to let you know the folks here that run the place care and are on point. The place is very comfortable and my family loves it. We personally have had no issues. Great place to live and raise a family. The school system is great, and my daughter has advanced dramatically with its teaching staff. I refused apartment living and this is my first apartment experience. I can honestly say I was not let down . Thank You Mullan Reserve and all of the staff for an excellent job. One thing though May we have a hot tub put in and is it possible to expand the playground with donations?
