I was originally drawn to Rocky Ridge because of the spacious and updated units. So much storage and room. My experience applying and moving in was great. Since Champion took over, I have been even happier. They have implemented so many new programs that benefit the community from a lending library to a recycling program to adding a dog park and more. Additionally, the entire staff is so pleasant and helpful. The office staff has been so great at helping out with any questions or needs. Maintenance requests are responded to promptly and thoroughly. I cannot imagine living anywhere else!

Very wonderful to work with. They made the move-in process easy and were very helpful answering all our questions. The day we picked up our keys we got a cute little welcome basket to help with moving in. The location is so convenient too!
