11/10 would recommend. We loved living here! Management was friendly - always helpful and available, but otherwise out of your way. We were being dumb and somehow forgot to inform/fill out Notice to Vacate and management completely waived the $1000 fee. Move-out was a breeze and we owed a whopping total of $40, which lined up exactly with our move-out inspection. We appreciated gestures like this that much more after the worst experience with other apartments. You have other apt complexes claiming to be luxury, but overcharging residents what should be covered within routine maintenance. Neighbors are friendly (diverse crowd from students, to young couples to familes and kids) and kept to themselves. Loved the dog park and surrounding neighborhood area.

The management team at The Ridgewood deserves special commendation. From the very beginning, they have been attentive and responsive to any questions or concerns I've had. The leasing process was straightforward, and they made sure I felt comfortable and informed every step of the way. Maintenance requests have been handled promptly, which has contributed to a hassle-free living experience. I would whole- heartedly recommend living here!

In search of a place to live, I visited the Ridgewood by Windsor Apartments with Moe, he was exceptional and patient. He took me to several apartments from one building to the next. He allowed me all the time I needed without rushing me. He made my decision a lot easier. He is much more personable than a lot of leasing agents that I have run across! Keep up the excellent work Moe!

Although I am still living here and plan to for some time, I had to post a review because I have thoroughly enjoyed my time living here at the Ridgewood. The location is one of the best parts of living here--very close to Fairfax Corner and right up the street from Wegmans! :) Not to mention I'm only about a 20 minute drive to DC! I love the location of my apartment in particular because it overlooks the pool and is right next to the apartment gym. The area is very safe, quiet, and perfect for families! As we all know, Fairfax County Schools are also 10/10. While the amenities and location are outstanding, the best part of living here is the staff. The management truly cares about all of their residents, and they go above and beyond to make living here a positive experience. Maintenance not only responds to requests unbelievably quickly, but they are personable with the residents and ask questions to ensure they have completed repairs to satisfaction. I was most surprised recently after some damage happened to my carpet (my fault) when maintenance and the apartment management were able to call the carpet contracting company and arrange for repairs at a very low cost to me, that same week. In summary, I give the Ridgewood 5 stars and would highly recommend this community to anyone relocating to the area or just looking for a new apartment in a great location!

Amazing service! I came for a tour and the leasing agents were so nice. They offered me coffee and water and had a conversation with me instead of just throwing me options. Rebekah was so nice! She made sure I had all the information I need and was so informative about the apartment and community. I ended up applying that night and the team communicated with me through the whole process. It was very nice to have someone to keep me informed and guided through the whole thing! If it the property itself doesnt get you to rent, the service will definitely change your mind!
