Building features all new common areas, laundry centers on each floor, storage locker included with rent, assigned off-street parking, on-site caretaker, secured entries, and with no neighboring buildings, surrounded by trees and nature. Only 6 units per floor and only 1 shared wall per unit. Apartment features large living room. Separate dining room off kitchen. Large 8 foot galley kitchen with built in microwave. And spacious bedrooms and bathrooms. Bright and sunny apartment with all newer windows. Cable ready, individually controlled heat and built in air conditioners. These apartments do not come open often and lease up fast!
