This is a large 7-bedroom 3-bath house close to UNC business and music school. It has lots of off-street parking. It also has refinished hardwood floors with an open floor plan to large kitchen. The bedrooms are all good size and it has on-site laundry provided-FREE. Located in the historic Monroe district provides a beautiful view of historic homes that are well groomed with pride. We are currently renting this property as a boarding house with rooms starting at $675 so the tenants share the common areas and have a private room.
