My wife and I have loved living here! From the cozy, comfortable, modern, and well kept apartments to the welcoming, kind, and helpful staff, both in office and maintenance. The Wildhorse apartments are in a great location just near Centerplace. The neighborhood is a great one. They throw amazing events at the clubhouse to help strengthen the community and help new comers meet their new neighbors. Personally my wife and I love the amenities they have to offer from the hot tub and pool to the nice sized gym to the garden beds they have to offer residents during growing season!

This place is a wonderful quiet escape. It’s on the outskirts but close to great shops, dog parks, and hiking locations. The schools are wonderful and close by also. It’s very pet friendly, and clean. The gym has all the essentials and this location is very walkable. Whenever we have a maintenance issue the maintenance team gets things fixed very quickly and professionally. Every morning I get up and go to drop my kids off at school there is a lovely view of the mountains and the fields and ponds during the summer and fall are full of sunflowers. The appliances are high end and the neighborhood is very safe. When my partner and I moved in, in July 2024, the staff were friendly and very helpful. They made the process easy. They also helped us get to know the area since we moved to Colorado from Virginia! We have had such a great experience living here and absolutely adore the dog park, pool, hot tub, fireplace, and dog spa. My kids love hanging out in the community center, and the business center gave me resources that helped me finalize the sale in my home in Virginia. My partner also rented out a bicycle and was able to go exploring without having to waste gas. Both my partner and I are disabled veterans with chronic nerve pain and the property manager Cherie took that into consideration and put us on a bottom unit. It’s been amazing living here and I recommend it to anyone who wants a quiet life, and access to amenities I’ve never had before in an apartment.
