These Timberlea apartments include refrigerator, stove, dishwasher, microwave and in-suite washer and dryer. Other desirable features include a walk-in closet and in-suite storage, a spacious balcony and heated underground parking (subject to availability). Furnished suites include linens and fully equipped kitchens and are available for an additional $100 per month. For a limited time, receive one free surface parking stall or a $50 per month discount on one underground parking stall when you sign a one year lease. Laird's Landing also includes one bedroom units. Small pets allowed for a non-refundable pet fee. Laird's Landing consists of two newer four-storey apartment buildings, each serviced by an elevator. This quiet Timberlea location is walking distance to several shops and services and is conveniently located on the oil sands bus route.
