I came into the office as a walk-in and Jamie the property manager had a full house. I watched her move quickly to help each person that patiently waited to get any questions addressed. Coming on the property I wish the gates were fixed to feel some sense of security. Knowing we can wake up and our cars are safe and to know that random people aren't just coming onto the property without a resident letting them in. The landscaping can be better as far as ground keeping and some flowers and greener grass. The units are nice and spacious but they could've provided washer and dryer for those who can't afford them. Like me!

The reason I even applied was the reviews alone and it didn ’t disappoint. From the friendly neighbors just by walking in, to Jamie & the tour. She said these rentals were going fast. I toured and gave my deposit within 2 hours. It’s gated and the landscaping is beyond beautiful. The townhome I viewed was freshley painted, spacious and remodeled. My kids were already comfortable just by their interaction with our leasing agent. I can’t wait to move in!
