For written application, we require cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal check. Application Processing Fees are not refundable, unless candidates ahead of you are approved. Income will have to be verifiable. Applicant must be willing to commence a Rental Agreement within 10 days of approval. For a 10 day hold, you will need to tender the full deposit within 24 hours of approval. Utlities- The Tenant pays all Utilities except Water. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes, We do have certain Rules and Restrictions on those types of units, and for this property, we do not see a variance to allow them. For a 2-Bedroom, we will accept up to 5 persons, based on the unit size. Professionally Managed by American Capital Realty Group, Inc.
