"Wonderful place to live! Their management team is professional, friendly, and responsive to any concerns or maintenance requests. The complex grounds are always well kept. Living space is spacious, modern, and well-maintained. I would highly recommend Falls 109 to anyone looking for a good apartment complex!

Since day one I have had an amazing experience in this apartment complex, love my layout, my neighbors, THE LOCATION! Oh my goodness the location. Being so close to the interstate both 840 and 40 is AMAZING! Does not take too long to get to Nashville for a weekend or to Murfreesboro for a nice dinner! I absolutely love the layout of this complex as well, it is so easy for my guests to find my exact apartment! “Keep going straight, keep going, keep going. Oh I see you!” Such easy and stress free directions! Not to mention the community events that go on! It’s like we are all a big family!
