I’ve been here since January overall I love the place .. amber is really good wit communicating wit you if she not busy wit her other properties very professional and she also works wit you .. if you just communicate maintenance comes wit in a day of putting the request in or asap the place is very quiet for the location its in

You definitely don't get what you pay for. Full of roaches and they don't tell you before you sign the lease, plus they're charging almost $1k and don't even have dishwashers and in unit laundry. No ceiling lighting in my living room either, and window AC units which are not good for TN summer heat
