They pressure you into renting and them and problems go wrong it doesn't get fixed My kitchen has flooded twice from my kitchen sink backing up from the apartment upstairs it's still not fixed

I rent a studio apt on OAK St,in Clarksville,TN I am done 12hrs a day 5 days a week and my electric bill is still averaging $160 a month,the window heating unit is Trash,when I am home I have to constantly run it and it's still like living in an ice box,even when I turn the oven on I still have to wear a jacket,beanie and gloves,just to keep warm,Something needs to be done ASAP,I wish I had somewhere else to go,Fireside Properties do not CARE ABOUT THEIR TENANTS ALL THEY WANT IS YOUR MONEY,I AM VERY DISGUSTED,By the way my daughter has a 4 bedroom 2 floor house in Clarksville and my electric bill is more than Hers,I WOULDN'T RECCOMEND FIRESIDE PROPERTIES TO NO ONE
