Wonderful property! I don’t often leave reviews but the customer service was great and I had to . It’s been so stressful looking at different communities and everyone is trying to always rush you but at Nottingham I had the time to look at the amenities and have been explained very detailed the application process. The leasing agent was super patient with me, asked all the right questions to make sure we were in alignment with my budget and my needs. Such an amazing place to stay and call home. the staff is wonderful and very helpful .

Living here for the past few years, I have never had a problem with my unit. Rarely needed any maintenance and when I did, management responded promptly. The lake can be seen from my apartment and I very much enjoyed the view, took countless pictures of the sunsets. The apartment is really big I was able to fit a king bed with plenty of room for other furniture, all the finishings were new and updated, no carpet. It’s rare to find such a value in an already expensive city. I was lucky.
