Moving into Wichita falls was a bit challenging compared to the city I moved from but man you wouldn't believe how many apartments and other rental places that have the most annoying but basic issues such as plumbing, AC, and electrical.. I hope I never deal with how hot the room is when I'm trying to sleep, or take a shower and some nasty water spews out, or take a 2 and it overflows, or power going out randomly, or dealing with roof leaks, etc.. I would usually expect all this to be working and functioning fine but after finally getting a hold of a few property managers, I found this place and got a really good deal. I talked to a lot of the neighbors in this community and it seemed like the tenants here that had issues were resolved but than compared to the other apartments, the tenants had issues that were never addressed or resolved for months and in some cases a year. I'm glad I got a rental unit here because if anyone researched like I did, they'll know this place is the best bang for your buck as well as meeting the basic standards of living
